I've purchased 560 bioware points so i could download the wardens keep, and the first time that i tried it told me that it couldn't (some problem with the server) and when i restarted the game my points where gone and i hadn't download it anything....... Is there a way to get it download it or get my points back so i could retry??????????

Contact a moderator or EA to look at your account for you, though I'd recommend not buying any more points until it's been sorted out.

Make sure you're logged in from the game page in game where you buy your points. I had a similar

problem and when I logged in I could hit the refresh points button and my points showed up. Hope

that helps.

I had the the same problem as maximos87 purchased points tried to download warden's keep in game it did not work??? Any pointers???
