Pre-ordered the DDE from GAME and yesterday I got the files, attempted to DL and install them, when it came to the latter stage, just as it finished a message pops up stating 'No Supported Languages Found please contact Bioware' once that goes away everything that it was extracting and apparently installing vanishes. (if have my computer open at same time as install can see the folder/s and files it is installing for a moment).

I sent them an email and they replied today stating that it sounds like corrupt download so they sent me the files again, I followed the instructions to the letter, downloaded and went to click on the setup.exe file and... same thing again.

Anyone got any idea what could be causing this error?

I've also received my standard edition hard copy today so am partially tempted to try installing that. Although of course the DDE CE edition doesn't just install the game but some other stuff as well. I figure if try that and it works, I could then possibly ask GAME if they'll just send me the 'extra' stuff in a zip file.

What Operating system are you running? Have you resolved it yet?

I am also having this problem. I placed a help ticket with Gametap and haven't received an answer yet.

EXACT same problem as sir ulrich, downloaded from GAME, tried to install 'no supported language', re-downloaded, reinstalled, still same problem. Have contacted bioware, EA, Game and metaboli via email and posted on their forums with no reply or help on/from any of them.



Its nice to see how they regard their 'customers'.

Whatever "Metaboli" might be, I certainly have no idea. It is the weekend, and yet TTBOMK, EA's Chatline Support is open now. This is other gamers, just writing back and forth to each other in here, and we have been on vacation trips, going swimming, playing golf, hiking, fishing, traveling, all kinds of interesting things that are so much more fun than reading a message forum, which means hardly anyone is in here today.
