Seriously, I pre-ordered the Mass Effect 2 CE at ea's store and all went well. Now I just got an e-mail saying my order has been cancelled with no given reason whatsoever. I try to e-mail them but I must create an account. Ok, but there's already an account with my e-mail account. So I just click on "I forgot my screen name" and it says an email as been sent. But guess what? Out of the 5 times I tried, I didn't receive a single mail. So I can't even communicate with them to have a reason of why it was cancelled. If they didn't have enough copies, why was the game available for WEEKS after I bought it?
