I ve posted several times in the forums available for DA, seems theres more than one, cant find any answers antwhere, calls dont go through to assistance site. No one has posted any fixes. No responce to any posts at all.

Game doesnt let me login to accounts

No where is there anything to setup this login screen

No where are there any type of answers about this on sites

No where have there been any responce to questions

When are there gonna be repond to all this crap.

Pay for game, pay extra for extra, game doesn't let you login to use!

And theres no setup to try to fix, nothing in game takes you to online setup for ingame connect.

Can someone do something, at least respond....even moderator respoces are NOT a help, flagging us to all the diff forums sites is a big loss, and DA help site is total useless, theres nothing there..just user problems, no help.Why is it that they sell things that just are useless then think its ok to let it go, games out for a few days now, no help...

I want a refund!
i want my money back to buy a workable game...
I want a respoce to my emails, i want you to pay for something and not get what u expect and sit and have your hands tied...

Its just unbelievable that with such a ramp of trouble out there, nothing on ANY of the sites are doing anything but letting everyone know all the troubles trying to get answers

Y is EA, Bio and DA sites all non responsive to any of this....forum moderators cant fix issues and theyre only ones responding..
Cmon people wake up n scream , call and bug the hell out of them til they fix these issues...just think how many games sold ..theres got to be a team to assist... ...OH wait they take moneyt and run to next game..leave everyone hanging..

I totally agree, not being able to log in and get my dlc is making me so mad. Honestly how could they screw up this bad and not offer any help

I've Just bought the game and installed ok (don't mention D2D), updated with the patches, and just on the opening screen want to 'login' and it says I'm not connected to the Internet?

Whats that about and how can I login?

Yes I got DA:O collectors.

Right. New to this. Submitted 'Quick Reply' 1st. Sorry if that emailed anyone

Bought the collecter edition and all installed ok, but when I went to Login (for the dlc), and create a new account, it said I wasn't connected to the Internet.

So I don't know if I have an account (though obviously have a Bioware one now) Why does it say I am not connected to the net when I am?

What's that about and how do I change it?

Same to me; the login screen tells me that I have no active internet connection (I'm writing right now on this forum ...), everything is configured and recognized by the autoconfig utility of the game. I've opened every port on my router and firewall (disabled also this last, but not a chance). I've redeemed the additional contents but cannot download them. Please someone advise me on what to do.

Many of us are experiencing this problem. See my post here.

Note that EA has finally shown some sign that they are aware of the problem: they've added a FAQ entry concerning the ECN workaround, with which some people have had success. It didn't work for me, unfortunately.
