plz help me! I've used my redeem key to the stone prisoner, but it wont download it. It says i may need to refresh my wallet balance in-game, but how do i do that?

To refresh your wallet, click on the circular arrow on the Available Content Tab under Downloadable Content.
If that doesn't work see the Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ for solutions to common problems getting content to download.

when i went to download my redeemable stuff it would not download, it told me i timed out. I followed the directions on how to get it downloading, but it has tagged on a A** load of promo stuff...is that natural?
