Quarians have varied accents, they aren't all eastern-european sounding, guess it depends on the ship.

Really? I knew Adam Baldwin was in the gane, but not which character he was playing or that it would somehow suck this badly.
If you know who he is, then how could you possibly not know it was him when he spoke? As you said, it's not like he was disguising his voice. I thought he did a pretty good job. Didn't have his usual humor about him, but the situation was kind of serious for cracking jokes...

Adam Baldwin, you didn't watch the cast video I assume? As to his performance it was pretty average but good considering that that was probably his first voiceover job.

He have done voicecover for Halo 3, Halo:ODST, Kill Switch and Half-Life 2: Episode Two. But only minor roles tho. Maybe some more, but thats the ones i know. I my self really liked him in ME2.

Would recognise Morrigan's voice anywhere.

He's in the show Chuck as a main character alongside Yvonne Strahovsky (Miranda), and he was also a main character in the awesome (yet cancelled) Firefly and the accompanying movie 'Serenity.'

Because I expected Adam Baldwin to have a cool role that didn't break my suspension of disbelief. Because I expected the voice director to prep Adam Baldwin so his awesomeness would not be tarnished by a glaring continuity error. Because I expected BETTER of Adam Baldwin! Because THIS IS AN OUTRAGE!!

There are a couple of Quarian that dont share the standard Quarian accent, which makes sense. To say all Quarians have the same accent would be like saying everyone from the UK has the same accent.
Indeed, but they still would a UK accent of some sort. Ada m baldwin doesn't even remotely sound like anything aside from a redblooded Midwestern American.

I'm 100% sure I recongise Koris voice from another recent game, I just can't quite place it. part of my brain insists Howe from Dragon Age but I have a hard time believing Tim Curry wouldn't be credited

Even the fact that Tali's accent is sort of Eastern European, and Raan is Iranian (she's even played by an Iranian VA).
I would not go so far as to try to say there is a distinct 'Quarian accent', as everything points to the alternative.

Given his dialogue, I think his accent fits. Talking about the embarassment of dying on the battlefield from an infection just wouldn't have sounded quite the same in Tali's accent.

Would i be possible that different accents begin to develop on different ships? It doesn't take long for sperate groups to develop different accents.
Take into account that Quarians spend different amounts of time on Pilgrimage as well. A person that lives in America for the early parts of thier life and teen years will eventually start developing an accent if he moved to the UK for a long time.
