I tried that but my Gamertag is taken...err thats me, it doesnt show on Bioware site...hasnt this been sorted out by Bioware yet? We are missing our armour codes and we would appreciate them without this confusing idiotic way of getting it which doesnt work!

i agree with you skidpro this is really complicated and would be real eaiser with just a code for download on marketplace, and plus my cerburus netowrk code is out of date for january first.

Nice, i can finally see where my issue is it looks like, ****ing EA, no surprise and due to there useless system i have to wait for some guy to read that thread to link my EA account to my gamertag.

I had a heck of a hard time getting my Dragon Age dlc, and here I am again with Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition. My Gamertag is linked, yet it still does not show up in the game. What gives? Why couldn't they simply have made a download code we could have redeemed from the 360 instead of having to go through this nonsense?

I think I solved my problem. Turns out I never downloaded them into my 360 from the Active Downloadable Content after reloading the game. Anybody else forget to do this? (Hopes I'm not alone). During this process, I also discovered my Collector's Edition is victim to the Cerberus Network cards that was inadvertently printed with the download for the Collector Gear. Ooy.

The code I got for the terminus armor, resulted in --> "That code has already been used, and cannot be redeemed again.". I have NOT yet redeemed it since i do no see the item under "registered game promotions". anyone have the same issue? PLEASE HELP.

This is ridiculous. I didn't even know I *HAD* an EA account already - at no point did I have the option to enter login information when activating Cerberus. I have DAO Armor on PC that I wanted to use on 360... but I can't get them to link - just "This Gamertag is already taken". By who? Where is it? none of my other addresses are getting mail or are able to log in....
