I got my copy the first day it came out. I activate my terminus ( and got it), I go to unlock my Cerbus and Itkept gining me the invalid message. I login anf it gives me the same message. I've tried every day and nothing. I took a closer look at the cerbus card and its says code expires January 1, 2010 wtf. EA hasn't answered any of my mail either, I'm not paying twenty bucks for a dlc to a game I'll beat in a couple hours. Any Idea's?

I severely hope EA never does a code redemption service ever again. I am extremely dissatisfied because they made this so insanely difficult to link my Gamertag to this account. Why couldnt they be like everyone else on Xbox Live and just make a simple code you can put in on your Xbox Marketplace?! Why do we have to create and link up several different accounts for one thing?! Its completely stupid and i hope they can just allow us to put in the codes on our own simply on our xbox and save over 4 hours of work.

Wow so I'm looking over my Cerburus card again and I noticed that what I thought was an 8 was actually a B. I luaghed for a moment and then entered the card and it finally accepted it.

I have gotten my gamertags linked only by validating my email account and xbox live profile by providing my credit card. I redeemed the terminus code on the ea bio ware web page, downloaded it on the exrtas screen of ME2 xbox, it has a checkmark by it but how do I equip it in the game, its not in the captains armory like the Cerberus stuff ,and when I redeemed it the ea site said something about resetting the xbox and wallet.WTF do they mean by "wallet" I know im prolly retarded but pleaze help

If it says that your gamertag is already taken that means that you have another account for EA like i did. The best thing for you to do is email them about this and they will fix it for you like the did for me.

I'm also having the problem with linking my GT to my account. It says the error, and I haven't ever linked my GT to n account, mainly cause this is my 1st account. Also, I wanna go email them about this, what is the email I should send this to though? If someone can reply that would be helpful.

this is what ea chat support said. they are having a network problem which is causing this to happen and are working on it. they do not have an estimated completion time. best i can say for us at this point is good luck.

TIPS TO REDEEM YOUR CODE:
1. Make absolute certain you aren't dislexia'ing it. Make sure each number and letter from the code is input. Make sure our B's are B's and your 8's are 8's because B's can look like 8's, and there are others as well. Look it over carefully if it isn't recognized to make sure you're getting the correct digits.
2. If you can't tie your EA account to your gamertag, don't worry. Hop onto ea's chat line support.ea.com/chat and they can check your accounts for you and get them sorted out by email address. It took the chat guy all of 2 seconds to fix this for me and I was able to download my terminus armor within 2 or 3 minutes of fixing it. It messed with my cerberus account (because i had put in the wrong email address) and it took them 5 minutes to fix that. Don't worry if it says you're like 40 in queue. It goes by quite quickly. Besides you're on the internet. Watch something on Youtube or netflix, and check back to see where you are in line, and with patience you'll get someone to talk to.
I'm back on track, have all my DLC and am now a happy customer. Hope this helps someone. Its the experience I had. I would say don't bother with their database looking for questions and answers. The chat window is the best bet. (it was for me anyways.)

Same thing here, i cannot login to cerberus.... i need my guardian mail....i made my new ea account 10 days ago and i entered in it then nothing changed, still asked for my guardian...i am 34 yo guys....

I pre-ordered ME2, got theTerminus Assault Armor and The Blackstorm Projector Heavey weapon, but I dont remeber a code for The Inferno Armor. It's actually really upsetting. I want to know what I have to do to get a code for it, after all It says pre-order item only and I did pre-order. They can check my account if they need to.
