I've done all I can on disk 1 and when I go to another world to do the next mission the screen says please insert disk 2...I go and put in disk 2 and...nothing...the screen stays the same and I'm sitting here for 10 minutes waiting to see if it needs to load. Help me please. I'm going insane

I have completed the first three dosiers and I "saved" Horizon...right now I'm trying to do the personal quests for Jacob and Miranda

Might've figured it out...there is a chip in the disk...awesome
