Is there any penalty for romancing multiple women? will they loose loyalty? or will I eventually just have to choose one to sleep with? As Jack, Marianda, and Tali have all said yes... but for me to wait a while why they think.

I'm pretty sure it will only allow you to sleep with one. But you can definitely ****** them off with your philandering and flirting back and forth.
