I recommend calling 1-650-628-1001 for an agent that will fix everything for you. Thats what i did and now everything is fixed and working fine. I will warn you though its about a 30 minute to and hour long wait on hold or more. I waited for 2 hours.

goto the contact us, then the emal tab and a chat option will appear after you fill out the catagories

I had the same issue. Call their number and wait on hold, it's the only way to fix it if you redeemed your cerberus code online (your gamertag is probably linked to an old EA account that you didn't even know you had).

I may try the phone or chat again tonight ... it's frustrating to wait on hold for 45 minutes and then have something pull me away so I can't wait any longer. Or to have four chat windows open only to have them all wait until you've sat there 30 minutes before deciding to tell you no one is available.
I think EA screwed up with the Cerberus network thing by having it auto-detect/auto-link your accounts. I wouldn't be in this mess if it hadn't, though it is in part because I wasn't being observant. God forbid a game be plug and play...
