It's a piece of armour folks (and I'll wager you'll find something better in the game - just as in Dragon Age)! Lets get some perspective. Start the game, start enjoying it, let Bioware fix things and get the armour later on. Honestly it's not going to make much difference.
Actually for those of us who have the limited edition it's 2-3 sets of armor and guns or more (blood dragon, terminus, and collector’s edition for sure) 1-2 extra missions (extra character and crash site for sure) and any Dr Pepper promo items 1-3 and the whole Cerebrus network for any future downloads which is a rip off anyway because you would have to buy it and then the DLC, I hope whoever pays for it at least get one of the extra missions (extra character or crash site) for paying 1200 points. Plus it should have been simple like every other game just go on your Xbox and put code in there you go. NOT HAVING TO REMEMBER IF YOU MADE AN EA ACCOUNT 5 OR MORE YEARS AGO THAT HAD YOUR GAMERTAG LINKED TO IT WHEN ORIGINAL XBOX FIRST CAME OUT. POS EA and BIOWARE for listening to them and not making it simple and coming out with step-by-step instructions after the fact.
Oh and by the way, EA chat never worked for me either. Waited for 2-3 hours 5 times with 2-4 windows open and all said chat canceled when my time came hope they actually get a smart person to respond to my email because last time I emailed them about Cerebrus and the Terminus armor they emailed me back some sh*t about Blood Dragon Armor f***ing idiots getting on my nerves that every time EA has a promotion you have to fight with them to get it to work(can't use birthday codes for discounts on games because site isn't working right, cant redeem points for Sims 3, and on and on and on). My advice to Bioware is to get away from EA as soon as possible you make great games someone else has to be willing to back you.
