I've  had this game for over a year now and have successfully installed it on two other computers that my family owns.  On this current computer, the game gets stuck during installation at  the notorious "saferun.exe".  How do I get by this to install the game?  As a note, there are no emulators such as alcohol installed on this computer.

and just as a note, this is for Mass Effect 1
