I apologize in advance if this is just my misunderstanding of how the system works, but;

First off, all of my DLC works just fine and the Cerberus Network displays at the menu screen. What I am confused about is when on this site, I go to Games > Mass Effect 2 > Official DLC, I am prompted to redeem code/buy the service.

Now, since all my DLC works fine now, it's not an immediate concern. However, what I am unclear on is this: Does this code/payment simply activate the Network in game for me, or is this where I will be getting future DLC? Should clicking the 'Official DLC' link be bringing me to a page where I can view/buy all available DLC or will that show up elsewhere as it comes out?

I am sorry if this question is unclear, I am unsure of how else to word it. Thank you in advance.

Your question is a little unclear but I think I know what you are saying.

You are fine. If your DLC works and the game connects to the Cerberus network then you are good to go. Don't worry about that page if your are already registered. Go play!

I wish I wasn't at work. :(

I get the same issue, is honestly the only I have been having. If I go through the ingame "Cerebus" interface I can get to the DLC download page, if I go through the website I get the "buy now" option only. I am using the same login, yadda etc.

Yep, this is the same thing I am experiencing. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't somehow screwed out of future DLC by not having access to something I was supposed to.

I can access my DLC page via the in-game menu as well, but I am assuming that only shows DLC that you own/have access to, and no necessarily the ones that are/will be for sale.
