Hi, ive done something rather stupid . I went to redeem the code for the Collector edition armour and assault rifles, but ive got to EA accounts linked to 2 different Gamertags. I mixed up which one had my proper gamertag link and activated the code on the account i do not use anymore.
Is there anyway i can get EA/Bioware to deactivate or give me a new code?
I can prove to them i purchased the game if needs be.

Also i tried emailing EA and the Live Chat but after getting a reply about Dragon Age via the email and a 38 Minutes wait for the chat to be canceled.
