Any news on what the next batch of DLC will be?

And what do you think will come later on or what do want for DLC

Kasumi, Hammerhead, Cerberus armor/weapon, and a shotgun are all confirmed to be coming. We just don't know when.



Personally, I'd like more character missions as I'm a big fan of character driven stories and fleshing out the backstories of everyone is like heaven to me.

I'd like an expansion, a possible continuation to the story.. like at the end, how did they receive that datapad with the picture of a reaper (possibly Harbinger)?

Some expansion after the events would be nice. To see how the Council reacts (positive for once I hope) and that we may be reinstated to Spectre full time or become a full time Cerberus officer

I too, would like to see an expansion. Dragon Age is getting an expansion, why not Mass Effect? Would be nice change of pace to see the stuff Shepard deals with (smaller scale conflicts) in his off time from his full time job of saving the galaxy.

Poor Devs, once they put it into the game it has to carry over to the next one to keep everyone happy. You're delaying ME3 !

You are wrong Gvaz, I can point you to numerous amounts of truth, but this is the internet and persuading people to see the truth is akin to the old arguing with a wall adage. Think what you want, in time Kasumi will come to light, you will be wrong, but you will not admit it in a veiled attempt to preserve your misplaced elitism.

My speculation would be; there will be DLC and they'll cost money - it will be things that could have been included in the retail version, but where carved out so the EA executives could get their bonuses.

I'd like to see some DLC involving your old crew from Mass Effect. Maybe something involving your Love Interests.



As an example, a DLC could be helping Liara get even closer to finding the Shadow Broker (not just hacking a few terminals, but actually a quest chain in different planets or in Illium or something). Something to appease LI fans... it doesn't have to resolve your old romance options, but it could link with Mass Effect 3 in some way and give us some sort of temporary closure.

I would like a chance to purchase all the pre-order stuff I was not able to afford. (Gotta plan for that future tax refund…)

More alternate clothing. Maybe some new accessories for the Captain’s Quarters. Have Sheppard’s holo-clockradio play MP3s like a jukebox. (Or maybe something more to do with that space mouse.) Or replace that fish tank with something else; video screens or a book case.

(The customization options of Saints Row 2 has spoiled me, obviously…)



Or maybe having the hacking minigames kept as an “exercise-training” program. Something for us to practice with to get better. (I also think they could do as separate programs by themselves. A nice timesaver to play with on your netbook or cellphone.)

I'd really love more character driven missions as well.  They were the most fun for me.  Also.. more touching dialogue between my beau Garrus and I!

EDI got equipped with advanced cyberwarfare from Reaper technology, which granted her access to the base once they were at the control panel, and obviously was able to salvage some data before they blew the place up.

Im positive they will add another squad member as I noticed quite a space to the right of the selection menu.

Just hoping it will be better than the Zaeed DLC, he was alright etc but the content in itself was really weak.

I remember seeing a post somewhere about there being a file in the PC version with "LiaraDLC" in the name. In the same way there are squadmember related files for Zaeed and Kasumi, that's probably a sure indication they're planning something Liara-related for the future.



I just wonder how they'll work it. Will it be contingent on you having helped her on Illium? Will it have any LI-effected stuff? Will it take place after the suicide mission, or before? Or could it even be some Liara-based gameplay? I guess only time will tell.

I would rather they just work on getting the sequel out than a full fledged expansion. They have a team already working on ME 3 and a few left over ME 2 people working on DLC. Just get me the last part, damnit!!!

Casey talked about DLC in the new 4guys1up. He said that Hammerhead will be out soon after launch and that future DLC will range from packs with a few items to several hour-long expansions.

DLC...I would love a mission where you reunite with youre love interest from ME1 and it isnt awkward and sad.



Ashley back as a squad member would be amazing. Even if we just got to do a side quest together and then she had to go back to the Alliance, Kicking ass with Ashley and Wrex again would be amazing.
