The way I figure, if the taint isn't hindering Alistair's ability to reproduce, then it's not going to hinder mine. Thus, no reason for me to go killing myself.
It is hindering his ability to reproduce.

Yeah, except for those negative approvals you get all the way to the guilt trip. Like when you want to kiss Alistair in front of him and he's all like "Go ahead, I'm fine." and then you get hit by a -3 approval. Per kiss. I don't know if he handles break-ups better, or just hides them better.
Except that Morrigan left pregnant, or my PC would have died on top of the tower.SusanStoHelit wrote...

Heh, Zevran even tries to make your enemies feel good about themselves. One of his battle lines is "Ooh, nice swing." LOLejoslin wrote...
LOL! I just like the way Zevran handles breakups better, without the guilt trips (guaranteeing a reload from me since he gives just basically a kind word, lets you know it's ok, then a HUGE approval drop).

Well, I was going to try to think of more excuses, but since god spoke I have nothing left. In my own mind then, I'll pretend they get help from the Circle.
edit: Not to mention that I need to read whichever book has Fiona going to Tevinter to find out what that was all about.
Hehe... no kidding. I thought we were just working from Alistair's limited knowledge of the Wardens, but Gaider's word is law.SusanStoHelit wrote...
Yeah, I haven't read the books yet. I'll have to pay a huge postage to get them where I live. *sigh* Anyway, as you can tell from my paraphrase of DG, he didn't rule out 'unnatural' means of conception. So we need another magical ritual or potion or something - or a miracle. Where did I put those Ashes again?

Thank you, I'll check it out in a while.I suspect that the exchange rate will kill me, though. I'll bite the bullet and get them from a SF/fantasy store I use in Sydney, but I'm a bit strapped for cash right now. I bought DAO, and I'm saving for ME2. The books will just have to wait. They're on a list with about 6 other books I want right now.

So, anyone know where my armor is ? I also lost a sword, and for some reason the Warden's Keep icon is no longer showing on my map. I'm hoping I don't have a serious problem with the game....

I just saw the "Anders" preview. Well now, if he is romanceble, that would be another nice first for video game romances for women. An apostate mage? Well now, that opens up quite a few nice twists and turns, especially if the PC is not a mage herself.
The PCs who romanced Zevran will not be played in Awakening, if he's not there, and I suspect that he won't. So for the sake of my RPing in DA:O, I'll have to run a PC through without her romancing anyone, or make an Orlesian Warden.
Is there any actual confirmation that Awakening will have romances in it? I've found none, but maybe someone else has.

@ Nonvita
There's a description of him? Where? All I've seen is the preview. But then again, I've been avoiding most threads/vids/etc. about Awakening for fear of running into major spoilers. But if you know of any character descriptions without major spoilers, please, let me know

No, there's no official confirmation yet. But, seeing as how his description alludes to him enjoying the company of women, I'm very much inclined to say he will be romanceable. Which would make me happy, because I'm pretty much in love with him.
I don't really mind if Zevran's not in the expansion, although it's a little sad. I only have him romanced on my CE, and those two just went traveling together, so I can imagine that she had a feeling they would end up separated for awhile. We'll see how it plays out, but I'm hoping for the best. It's a good thing that girl's so darn attached to Zevy boy, otherwise she'd be seriously conflicted about romancing another human...
