if i download the add-ons after ive started a game, will it be added to the game i already started?

From what I've read elsewhere I believe that you will. The items should appear, not sure if this would be the case if you have a full inventory though?

the items appeared, not sure about the new wardens or shale quests. are those thing id have to find later ingame, or would it give me the quests automatically? im not far in the game yet, so i may just need to find the quests ingame still.

New locations should appear on your map, as far as i know.
