Adriana, that is the page I am using and entering the UPC code both with and without the far left and right numbers and it just gives me "Code is not valid for game" every time.



JGray, I have standard edition so its not a collectors/standard issue.

Disappointed with lack of response on this issue. They made so critical for certain features to unlock with the product registration. My concern is that if there are is no code, how would that also affect future dlc?

mrmrsv, this hasn't locked me out of any DLC. I've been able to use the codes that came with it for the blood dragon armor and Shale as well as use the pre-order codes I got from amazon for the boots and ring. The only thing it's locking us out of is being able to see our character progress and stats online, which would be cool but doesn't affect actual gameplay AFAIK.

It worked! They must have fixed something, because i just used the same number I always have been but it worked this time.

Yup it appears to be working now. Just use your UPC code on the back of the case. Should be 12 digits total no spaces or dashes required.

Okay. Worked for me, too. Weird. Maybe they hadn't uploaded all the valid UPC codes yet. Okay. My Bioware Social Network listed email and my PSN listed email match. They should connect, right? Because I haven't found any place inside the game to input my email address/username.

OK, yeah it does apparently have to be the same e-mail address. I guess I missed that memo because I used a different one on Korban7 but I made a new one and now I see some stuff ...

I used the UPC code and it worked, it said i am now registered but i still get this message when i try yo look at my game on here.

I just put in the code for the Dragon Blood armor for the PS3 version and I have yet to see anywhere where the download process is at. It's definitely not at the downloadable content menu

I initially had some problems, too. I think it has to do with the stress on EA's servers. In the end, I went into Downloadable Content. I pressed triangle. Entered the code. The armor showed up then. I clicked on that and it took me into the Playstation Store where I downloaded it.

I just tried that it didn't work for me at all. I might as well kiss my armor goodbye. It ain't downloading

Don't give up. Try again later. You can't wear the armor for a while anyway.

I'm not sure if anyone else figure it out in the post, but this is how I access mine...On the back, look on the barcode with all the numbesr...Apparently you have to enter all number from left to right including the one outside the barcode
