I just bought DA:O and got a redeem code for the Blood Dragon Armor, which I just got. I received the first piece at the start of the game (main armor), and I was able to buy the footings, hands and helmet from the party camp later in the game. I see though that I can buy more helmets, footings and hands from the camp merchant, but no main armor.

1. Is the number of Blood Dragon Armor you can own restricted to one?
2. If I start a new game, will my new character receive the Blood Dragon Armor at the start of the game?
