Not sure where this Q belongs so I will put it here in the general forum.
I have just started the game and got as far as Redcliffe playing on normal difficulty.
My Q is: Is nightmare very much more difficult than normal? And do you get the same experience and drops as in normal. I am finding the game relatively easy so i am considering re-starting on a higher difficulty.

You dont need to restart, you can change the difficulty via the menu and options in game.
And this should have al the info you want/need about difficulty settings

Best way to find out if it's your cup o tea is to try her out. I personally didn't find Nightmare to be much of a difficulty jump though.

Thanks I now understand the difficulty and challenge scaling systems a lot better.
Another question: On the page linked above by Immunis.Tribe there is a column labeled 'Potion Cap'. What does this mean?
