I have his loyalty, it says so when I look at the info screen when selecting my shore party, and I have the achievement for gaining it, yet his special power is not unlocked and on the power selection screen it says hes not loyal. Stubborn ass Krogan.....they always want a challenge.....<_<

Anything I can do to remedy this problem?
