I'm in the Fade and have been to all 5 islands. However, I can't seem to get past the massive doors. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You have to collect 4 forms- mouse, burning man, golem and spirit.. You can open the massive doors in golem form if you transform.
Clarification: You collect one per island. The burning man helps you go through the burning barriers, the mouse form helps you get through the little mouseholes, the spirit forms let you see the spirit doors and the golem form helps you crash through big doors.
Each of these forms also helps you fight other boss demons. For example: You cannot fight Yevena in the Raw Fade unless you have acquired the spirit form from another island.

I forget if I've spoken to the dreaming knight. I have 3 of the forms; burning man, mouse, and spirit. However, I don't have golem and don't know which island its on.

It's on the island between the two where you got the burning man and spirit forms. I forget the name.

I only have the Spirit form and the Mouse.. And i am SO STUCK!
