I heard that it happens before you go into the omega 4 relay.  Since the beginning of the game I have went into her office after every mission to talk with her, as well as do her personal mission.  Ive beaten the game and nothing has happened.  She survived by the way.  Anyways I chose to continue my game, I went and talked to her.  She made some remark saying she hopes we did the right thing and thats it.  whats this?

You can talk to them more often than just after every important mission. You just didn't talk to her enough.

I was doing another romance at the time and eventually when I went to talk to Miranda she said that she wouldn't share me and the whole ship had to know that we were together. I told her I wasn't interested since I was curious to see what was under Tali's visor.

Might as well use it to vent an opinion.

It seems that all the Female characters are unintrested in friendship. As well as Garrus who spent the last half of the game blowing me off every time I wanted to talk. Grunt at least acknowledged our camradere in a typical Krogan way. Jacob genuinly seemed to try to be buds with me, and I liked him for that.

Moridin bless his soul, probably the best cast member outside of love interest.

So why did the developers make Garrus so stingy? I don't want to open my legs for him but I always figured he and Mshep would be like best buds.

Yeah they didn't seem to give much dialouge for Garrus at all. Every time I went to talk to him besides when you first recruit him, get the loyalty quest, and right after the quest, he can never talk.
