This is a list of every single choice I've found for ME2 that clearly will cross over into ME3. Feel free to contribute as I'm sure I didn't get everything:

- Keep the genophage cure or destroy it (essentially committing genocide against the Krogans)
- Blow up Heretic Station or reprogram all of the Reaper-worshipping Geth
- Break up with your LI
- Start up a new LI
- Help Liara get info on the Shadow Broker
- Upload Cerberus intel to Alliance or Cerberus
- Keep the Reaper tech or destroy it (I actually think this one will matter the least since, according to the third ME novel, TIM will somehow recapture it)
- Whoever lives and dies in the final mission

I kept the cure, blew up Heretic Station, didn't break up with Ashley nor start up a new romance, helped Liara, uploaded the intel to the Alliance, destroyed the Reaper tech. Miranda, Mordin, and Zaeed died.

I did not know about the Quarians. This was on the Migrant Fleet? Before or after the Tali Trial?

After. I picked the Paragon negotiation option and afterwards Shep can urge them to either go to war or find a new planet.

I'm wondering if keeping the genophage cure is the right choice even for Paragon players since Mordin said that after intensive testing it has been proven that curing genophage inevitably leads to war.

It depends, if we can cure it to the extent that they have a birht rate similar to humans its no problems. And if Wrex can unite them under one banner it would be even more secure.

If they, say, need to fight the Reapers, even better.

Kept the cure. (I figure that it’s the side-bonus towards *really* irking the Counsel. Saving the Racchi *and* countering the Genophage.)

Blew up Geth Heretics. (“It’s the only way to be sure.”)

Broke up with Liara

Got with Miranda.

Helped Liara gather intel

Convinced Garrus to let Solarus (the turncoat) go rather then kill him

Convinced the Quarians to declare Tali not guilty and didn’t reveal what her father was doing. And asked them not to go to war.

On Taylor Loyality mission, I had Jacob’s father shoot himself. Second play-through, I just arrested him.

I kept the Reaper tech. But lost Legion. (I had him working the pipes and got his Loyalty.)

Upgraded Normandy with everything, armor, shields, weapons, et al.

Not sure of the potential consequences of releasing the Cerberus data to the Alliance. I erred to the side of caution and just kept it on the Normandy (Where it’s being decrypted.)

-Legion died from vents, Zaeed died from holding the second door, Mordin and Jack died holding the Collectors back while I dealt with the Reaper.

- I said to keep the cure, and hold on to it, just in case.

- I reprogrammed the geth because that would mean more geth on our side.

- I didn't want to keep my thing going with Ashley, she was such a *****

- After I somehow didn't get Miranda's I sorta went to Tali as a fling.

- I destroyed it cause I thought TIM was buttering me up for just some sole reason. And I caught him!

- My suicide mission went horribly wrong. Forgot to upgrade cause I had to save the crew. And none of the right biotics were loyal. In the end I got out of their with only Tali, Garrus, Miranda, Jacob, and Mordin.

Well, I'm going to have multiple playthroughs with different choices, but this was the first one -

- keep the genophage cure

- reprogram the geth

- no romance in ME1, Garrus for ME2

- helped Liara get info on the Shadow Broker

- let Garrus kill Sidonis (actually, more like encouraged him)

- Paragon option for Tali's trial (didn't realize I could give opinions about the geth war until it was too late though)

- made Jacob's father shoot himself

- upload info to Cerberus

- keep the Reaper tech

- everyone, including the crew, survives

On my next playthrough, more than half of this will be different.

Keep the genophage cure or destroy it (essentially committing genocide against the Krogans)

I destroyed the cure. Not just because my main character is a douchebag, but also because I can see where the Salarians are coming from. They had to find a way to stop the Krogan from spreading and causing more destruction during the Rebellions, but also didn't want to completely wipe them out. This is also why I hate Pure-Paragon Shepard during Mordin's sidequest. But anyway, I've already gone way off topic...

Blow up Heretic Station or reprogram all of the Reaper-worshipping Geth

Gave Legion to Cerberus, so neither.

Break up with your LI

Stayed loyal to Ashley.

Start up a new LI

I didn't cheat. I didn't even invite Kelly up to the Captain's quarters.

Help Liara get info on the Shadow Broker

Yes. Even helped kill her assistant.

Upload Cerberus intel to Alliance or Cerberus

Cerberus intel? From the sidequest? In this case, I have it back to Cerberus.

Keep the Reaper tech or destroy it (I actually think this one will matter the least since, according to the third ME novel, TIM will somehow recapture it)

I gave it to the Illusive Man.

Whoever lives and dies in the final mission

Jacob was a douche, so I let him die, although I am considering doing another playthrough and letting him live. Other than that, Samara and Morinth died.

Are you sure?

As for myself, on my first playthrough:

- Keep the genophage cure or destroy it (essentially committing genocide against the Krogans)
  • Kept the genophage cure, though Mordin made a pretty good argument for its use, better than I expected
- Blow up Heretic Station or reprogram all of the Reaper-worshipping Geth
  • Blew it up. Reprogramming was, in my eyes, the wrong moral choice.
- Break up with your LI
  • Broke up with Ashley.
- Start up a new LI
  • Got together with Tali.
- Help Liara get info on the Shadow Broker
  • Reluctantly, yes. Felt obliged to help an old friend.
- Upload Cerberus intel to Alliance or Cerberus
  • Kept for myself actually.
- Keep the Reaper tech or destroy it (I actually think this one will matter the least since, according to the third ME novel, TIM will somehow recapture it)
  • Destroyed it. Didn't trust TIM as far as I could throw him.
- Whoever lives and dies in the final mission
  • Lost Grunt and Mordin due to a stupid tactical error on my part. Kick myself for it frequently.

lol, I just realized how badly that looks. :pinched:

My main character is loyal to Ashley and I liked her from the first game and even to the second game, especially after that e-mail she sent.  (I did get pissed off when I first met her on Horizon though.)

Tali is my romance option on my Paragon playthrough.  Even though I like her more than I do Ashley, who I am with on my main character.

(My main character is my main simply because it was the first full playthrough I had in Mass Effect 1.  Each subsequent character I use is just my alternate.)
