Sorry if this has been addressed, but did some digging and couldn't find an applicable answer.
I got the Digital Deluxe Edition of Mass Effect 2 for PC from Steam, and had previously pre-ordered the Digital Deluxe Edition of Dragon Age. I set up my Cerberus Network stuff, accessed all of my DLC, etc. I can get to the download page where it has all of my available DLC listed. I am able to download everything as well. However, I don't have access to any of it in-game. I should have Blood Dragon Armor, Inferno Armor, Normandy Crash Site, Zaeed, etc., but have seen no trace of them. Am I forgetting a step I need to take to activate everything?
Absolutely loving the game so far; would just like to get those extra bits of content up and running!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Assuming you have actually run the installers after downloading them (they are exe-files which you need to execute once in order to add the DLC to your ME2 install), then they should be appearing ingame once you get past the 'tutorial' phase.
After about 30-60 minutes you should reach a place in the game with an armor locker. The armors show up in this locker. Zaeed you will run into in the natural course of the game and the Normandy crash will be labeled on your galaxy map after you get to your ship. Before you reach the first armor locker there is no sign of the CE/bonus dlc ingame, at all.
Really the best check to see that your DLC is active and working is to check that first armor locker. If you have more than the default N7 helmet / armor options then they're active.

Thanks Miriel! I apparently forgot how computers work. I somehow didn't notice that they were .exe's, and assumed they went straight into the game files. You're my new hero, and should you ever run for office, I promise to vote for you!

Hehe, I almost didn't think to mention it, but then I remembered that the DAO DLC was automatically installed upon downloading so... it's not that strange an assumption to make that the ME2 might do the same.

What? I'm already far into the game. I guess I really need to go to the cabin once in a while.

Well, slightly strange, since one downloads in-game and the other downloads online.Miriel Amarinth wrote...
