So I got my copy of ME2 down at the local Gamestop on relase day, got it home and installed it like everyone else. Tried to do the Cerberus network but it just timed out so I didn't bother with it until the next day. So I enter my Cerberus code once the server is back up and responding, says it's in use. What the fudge? I didn't even get to the Cerberus server before to enter my code, after I cracked open the sealed box on my game. I waited and watched the forums, figuring it's just a bug and others having the same problem. Now it's been several days with no ability to enter my apparently already used Cerberus code, and I'm getting a tad on the bothered side about it all. Can anyone help? Yes I'm logged into my EA account when I enter the code, always says that's been redeemed already.

I had the same problem, then I ran the game, logged in w/ my EA account in-game, and entered the code there, in-game, not on the web site. For whatever reason, it worked ok entering the code in the game interface.
