Steam ME2 problem

Hey guys, I have a problem here. I pre-ordered ME2 on Steam, I have installed it just fine. I got all promo keys (Deluxe edition) and when I double click the Icon to play it from my Steam games menu, I get the message "game unavailable" Yet, I check steam and it's already been released. I tried the Launcher for ME2 and the "Play" and "Uninstall" buttons are shaded out, Can't select or click them. QQ
