For some reason, no matter what web browser I use, most of the menu options and forum titles are like this 'p057 n3w 70p1C', which stand for 'post new topic'

I haven't change anything, that I'm aware of, could I have a moderater fix this, or reset my profile or something.

You've got your language set to 1337. There's a drop down box at the bottom of the page which will let you change it.
