I was thinking that some of her wacky outfits would make great attire for lady mages (and maybe even female rogues and warriors too - she does have a chainmail bikini in the Bad Romance Video after all).

I imagine the female Dragon Age players would like to see some more fashionable clothing for their characters and the companions, while I'm sure the male players won't mind a bit of a sexier wardrobe for the girls either.

So the first question is: Would you like to see Lady Gaga inspired outfits in Dragon Age?

I dunno, she's got a little bit of both, I think it's part of her appeal. You're right that she's not, say, Megan Fox in terms of physical appearance, but she's got a really sexy charisma about her. Maybe this is a terrible analogy, but it's kind of like how Mick Jagger or a lot of otherwise unremarkable looking rock stars would drive women crazy because they had a certain swagger about them, even if they weren't Adonises.

Besides Ferelden is a cold place, if anything we should have heavy flowing Gandalf style robes, though I suppose the consoles couldn't handle the cloth physics and it would up the PC requirements.

I personally loath her, and find her music very commercialised tripe. If She any way made an apperance in DA:O in any shape or form, I would most certainly defect and join the dark spawn if that ever happened. Though I agree there needs to be more sexier fashion wear for the female characters in DA:O surely there are better role models to inspire the looks? What next madonna and christian aguleria in DA:O? geeeees .... right ... any one who thinks that was a good idea. Straight to bed with no supper!! NOW!!! all of you!! ... Lady Gaga's attire, fitting into the universe, is skanky and ****ty. My characters have no desire to be prostitutes.

If you're looking for sexy characters in a game, I recommend looking away from your computer screen instead. I'd love to see new styles, sure, but nothing from pop culture. That would ruin the immersion.

While I agree mages need new outfits, I rather like how in DAO, woman aren't in ridiculous get ups that would be impossibly difficult to move in, or overly exposing themselves.

I think in many of her outfits Lady GaGa looks like she'd be at home as one of the monsters in Silent Hill, so NO. Thank you.



Don't see the suggestions that she looks like a guy, though. Her body type doesn't appeal to me (too thin, not enough muscle tone?) but she's definitely feminine.

Whilst Lady Gaga's outfits are interesting, I don't think they suit Ferelden at all. She does have a tendency to wear... impractical clothes.  Then again, there was a news article a few weeks back about girls going clubbing in the snow in London and wearing miniskirts, tiny tops and other revealing attire.

Of course, that whole argument is pretty much moot as I've not seen a club in Ferelden yet, taverns aplenty, but no clubs.

you know, not everything connected to fantasy games such as DA has to be "hot".

In my opinion, the next step in DA games should be more creative visuals as Bioware hit the spot with story content (that and less bugs maybe). An inspiration from Lady Gaga is loads better than the bland robes we get - as long as no kermit dresses are involved.

I've been searching for evidence that Lady Gaga is, or is not, a male. However, that is pretty elusive.



She looks as feminine and sexy as those Thai transvestites one see performing in various shows in that depraved country.



I think the Lady Gaga costumes/looks are an acquired taste.

Imho I think she fits better in one of those low budget sex rpgs made by Americans.

To those that say light attire doesn't work in cold places like Ferelden, you're right. But there's an easy fix to the problem, imbue all light attire with very liberal doses of Cold Resist Enchantments. Problem solved.
