Okay, here's the short version. My internet access is sometimes kinda flaky which means that my access goes down from time to time with nothing I can do about it. When this happens, I can't play ME2 because it won't allow me to load a game that has dlc that I downloaded and installed previously. What, if anything, can be done about this?
Cerberus content without internet access?

I think the only thing you can do is not to install DLC. The same problem was with Dragon Age, once you've installed DLC you've become a internet slave

I didn't check this in Mass effect 2, but in Dragon Age you can play with DLC offline. At least I can.

Yeah, I can play with all my DLC in Dragon Age and still be offline. Mass Effect 2 refuses to load my game. I tested this earlier today after talking to a friend about the issues with the Cerberus servers yesterday.
