I dont know what to do D:
i uploaded a character i made but didnt get the email for the lucky stone!

you don't get an email for it, it ties to your account. Also, make sure the character is actually UP (it takes an hour or two sometimes). You can see what's tied to your account by being logged in and going to: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php

Under your profile --> Redeem Promo Code --> hoose "To view your Registered Game Promotions click here."

There U see all your registered game promotions.

Then check out http://social.biowar...8/index/81613/1



What I did was...

3.2.2. Manually start the Dragon Age Updater Service if present



1.) Press the windows key + R (or click Start and then RUN) and type in services.msc and press ENTER

2.) Locate the Dragon Age: Origins - Content Update in the list of services.

3.) Right click it and select START

Well... im in the middle east waiting for my game to arrive.. so i guess i cant do that yet because I dont have a game to register. I just dont want to miss out on anything that might give me and edge in the game because i generally suck and games.

You should still be able to see if you've received the rights to the ring by checking: http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php when you're logged in here, if you see "Lucky Stone" on your account, you should have it. However, it's possible that doesn't show until you get the game. BUT if you end up getting a character uploaded with the CC, and you can see it under "Manage my characters" under "My Games" then you'll have the ring, it does just take 1-4 hours to go up, assuming the CC told you the upload was successful, and you were logged in at the time.

if i see that lucky stone under promotions, does that mean then that with every character i am playing/starting the game then from that profile (as long as the character is uploaded into that profile) i will recieve the ring at the start?

Yes, it does.



That one even extends to the PS3 and 360 versions (while none of the other items I've gotten would (which makes sense, as the rest depend on what version you buy and if you had a preorder item or not).

is this the same with the 360 version?

i didn't get the ls last night- but today i see my char is up and running.

oh- and i should add that when i first logged on here it took a bit for the char from my 360 to show up-

you might have to log in here and wait a few min before chars show.

it showed the achievements and stats, but still said chars 0, theres a definite lag between log on and chars bieng recorded.

it can take upward of 1-4 hours for characters to show. Has little to do with which version of the game you use, my first CC/PC character took about 2 hours.
