I have installed each Windows OS on my macbook pro laptop, and each time it has failed to read and recognize the ME2 Disc .  I have never had a problem with it reading a game disc before.

Does anyone know anything that could be doing this?  My laptop is only 2 years old, and it meets all of the specs to play the game.


Any help would be appreciated!

Have you installed the latest Bootcamp drivers? There`s a version 3 now, release 3 I think. It has nvidia drivers dating from jan 2010 too. This fixed all my issues.



I had nv4_disp.dll BSoD crash each time I was exiting the game.



I have the digitally downloaded version of the game though.

I'm updating it now, i hadn't thought of that actually. But since the drive doesn't read it, i didn't think that would have much to do with it but maybe i am wrong.
