I must agree with the majority here. This isn't possible to do.

1. you must recuirt Morinth

2. have your entire team/crew survive the reaper (detailed in another thread)

3. romance Mornith

4. die

this does not mean that only shepard can die only that it is possible that some of the members will die and some will survive. i guess that´s what they where trying to tell

Can't happen, in order to kill shepard, you kill off everybody else. I think its better that way, though there is no way in hell that my main male and female sheps are going to do that anytime soon.

From what we know WHETHER SHEPARD LIVES OR DIES DEPENDS ON HOW MANY OF HIS/HER TEAM SURVIVE THE SUICIDE MISSION.



So by its very nature what you suggest cannot happen. Because if the team lives, Shepard will ALWAYS survive.

Basically, do the loyalty missions for those you plan on sending to do those tasks, but not for the people you're going to take with you as squad-mates.

I think it's default that they can live, but you won't make that final jump; or at least won't be helped up and fall.

Wrong!

I took two non-loyal squadmates with me to the final battle and they both died. Then when Shepard made the jump, a different squad mate pulled him up.

Shepard can't die and have everyone else live.

die during any mission. critical mission falure. dont continue playing. shepards dead and her story ends. all the rest of the team lives
