Okay, I saved the mages tower, and while doing that I finished summoning circles 1-3 and the quest associated with the circles. However when running around the tower I found a fourth summoning circle (its a dark red) and frankly I cant figure out the damn sequence. Part of the problem lies with the fact that one of the books will let me interact with it forever without shocking me, and another one will only shock me every other time i interact with it. So my question is, has anyone figured out the combination to the fourth circle, or do I need to find something to activate it as a quest?

the one forever is the firs in the sequece, note that there are also touchable statues up a level...

The statues are related to the Watchguard quest, I did that easily without having touched the fourth summoning circle.

How did you do the reaching quest Mummolus?

There are three statues which are activate-able on one of the upper floors - activate the leftmost one, then the rightmost one, then the center. When you get to the top of the tower there are a couple of tranquil standing around and another statue you can activate. Activate it and you should get a message about ancient protections being released/ Head back down and try to get into the basement - a demon will attack you, once it's dead the quest is complete.

4th summoning circle is All 3 of the summonings combines -- Just leave out the all the font touches except the first one. I.E. Start with the font .. then do all the things in summon 1, skip the font in summon 2 and do all the things in summon 2, skip the font in summon 3 ... you get the idea.



Obviously you wont be activating the summon circles between either .. hope that helps

i get zapped if I try to do either of those suggestions :/

aight well i got the reaching to work. but i still get zapped anytime i go to touch the statue for the 4th summoning circle.

Ok -- Touch the font first, then do whatever it tells you too EXCEPT touching the 1st summoning circle (obviously cause youve already done the first summoning) then do what it tells you in the 2nd summon EXCEPT touching the font again and touching the second summoning circle (obviously cause youve already done the 2nd summoning) then do what it tells you to do in the 3rd summoning EXCEPT touching the font and the 3rd summoning circle.



So in summary you only touch the font 1 time and go read all the books/statues in the same order as the note tells you

Because the 4th summoning circle is an easter egg. It summons "Arl Foreshadow." If you didn't play BG 1 you won't get it.
