It seems to me it started off as him not being fully healed yet, now the more I look at it and the farther into the game you get, it turns into a strut, like he has a ton of confidence (what some are trying to call "pimp limp"). Its almost turned into a swagger, a way he carries himself, as he starts to eventually swing his arms and shoulders, like I'm tough and my leg hurts a little.

Is it just an odd animation, or do you think his weird walk was on-purpose, as in Shepard now has a limp because of what happened to him and the Lazarous project being cut short by the attack?
I thought it was his attempt at a pimp walk.
