I'm not sure if anyone else has made this same "mistake," but my I used two accounts (unknowingly), and redeemed my Cerberus Network card on my Xbox 360, and my Terminus armor online. One download went to each.
After my account was linked (Terminus armor available for download now), the Cerberus Network was deleted from my game, so now I have to pay for it (I won't), because the code won't work twice. There is no option of downloading it again; as it's no longer on 'download history.'
Hopefully someone here has had this and fixed it.

You can call EA I'm pretty sure and, when asking them to help fix your account, you can also ask them to put almost any DLC on your account for you. If you ask them to put the cerberus network on, they might, even if your profile is already fixed. It's worth a try anyway.
