Where's the Search button please but in the meantime-

Running the Steam version and 100% ready - running ME2 opens a window and says wait while the files are decrypted, but then the window goes away and nothing else happens

I see no decrypting progress bar that people report takes a long time to complete. I just briefly see the '0% complete' before the window closes

There's no hard drive activity

I've raised a support ticket but you guys are my last best hope

The launcher shows my 3 CD keys

Win7 Home Premium, 285, i7 Gigabyte, 6GB
