I delivered Ish the package from Omega and then went to the Eternity club on Illium to get the second. I saw it sitting there and picked it up but my mission never updated me so that I could give it back to Ish. Anyone have that one happen?

Yeah I encountered the same and I kept looking at the Map near Marab's shop just check I was at the right area, but couldn't find anything...a minor bug probably nowhere near as big as the one I encountered in mass effect 1 though, (literally locked in a room and noway to get out..!!)
