Mass Effect 2 is a fantastic game, definitely one of the best gaming experiences I've had.  Mass Effect 1 was an amazing game as well and it is pretty shocking that you managed to improve it as much as you did.  I, and a lot of others, are going to be putting a huge amount of time into this game, and I want you all to know that your work is indeed appreciated.  Can't wait to see what you guys do for the 3rd game.
