Hello, I have two separate EA.com accounts, Email A, and Email B. Email B account is linked to my Xbox Live Gamertag; while my

Email A account has the Mass Effect 2 Collector's Edition Content Registered to it.

The ideal solution would be to temporarily suspend the Email A account, and change

theEmail B's email address toEmail A. However, would I lose my Mass Effect 2

content if I did so, or would it continue to be registered to Email A, so that I can

"unify" the accounts (since the Email B account would now be tied to my Email A

email address) and access the Cerberus Network?

Go to http://support.ea.com/chat, and wait for support. Tell then you need to relink your gamertag to the EA account your codes are connected to.

Thanks locke im going to check that out, Im having the same problem but have the ME2 content on one profile and DA content on another. The weird thing is that the one with ME2 wont connect to my XBL account even though it uses the same email, while the one that has the DA content has a completely different email. It would have been alot easier if they just gave us codes to retrieve the content instead of having to go though this site.
