I have been able to install successfully 3 DLC items, but ever since then have been unsuccessful in getting the last 5.  On the DLC screen I click download, the item goes to 100% and then stays at 'Downloaded' it fails to install.  I have tried restarting DA:O, clearing the data cache.

I have checked whats linked to my account and everything is there.
Additionally, the Wardens Keep DLC isn't appearing to buy

I dont have an Application data folder in C:\\\\\\\\Documents and Settings\\\\\\\\All Users\\\\\\\\ so I can't attempt a DAupdater clear.

If anyone has any ideas as to what I could do it would be greatly appreciated!

manually install it with daupdater.

the location of daupdater folder for vista/7 is in C:/programdata ( which is a hidden folder)/bioware/dragonage/daupdater

the actual daupdater is in your game installing folder.

I don't know about your Issues, But The Manual Install utility still didn't work, But what it did do was show me a Error Log that told me WHY it was failing. Not enough Disk space on my Boot Partition. Why Programs, Operating Systems, and Games Don't allow you do change the default drive/directory where temp files get placed and used is beyond me. My Solution was to Copy the DLC Install Info to a Larger Drive and then The Installer used THAT drive to dump the temp files. Even Firefox, The Holier than tho Browser (as far as I can Figure) doesn't allow you to specify a Default drive/folder for temporary Internet files.

It took me a really long time to track down, but this is where the .dazips were for me (Windows 7 Professional x64):

C:\\Users\\All Users\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater\\Data

I am using XP. There is no DAUpdater folder under C:\\\\Users\\\\All Users\\\\BioWare\\\\Dragon Age.

The DLC is 100% downloaded but it stayed there. It won't go to Installed Content tab in the DLC menu. One thing I noticed is the required version for the stuff is 1.0. The "1.0" text is in red. How to check the game version? Since the game is just out, I don't think there is a newer version.

When I load the saved game and go to the DLC tab in Journal menu, I can see the memory band. The status is "Downloaded" but not "Enabled".

Instructions for XP users with this issue. first navigate to C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\bin_ship

run daupdater.exe, click the select dazips button. Path is C:\\Documents and Settings\\All Users\\Application Data\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\DAUpdater. Open each dazip file. Select each and click install. Hope this helps.

Thanks Warsong. It worked for me now. I realised I was looking for the folder in My document, which is not the correct place to look into.

Can someone give me at least the name of one of the files since I can't find the folder containing the downloaded items? The path given above is not the right one for my computer. I'm using windows XP but I don't have an application data folder. Thanks.

The application data folder is "hidden" by default. You can show hidden files in the view options of your folder. For XP, the data file is in the "All Users" folder, not in your own user folder.

I'm having a problem with the DLC... it says downloading, but stays stuck at 0 percent no matter what I do. I have a dedicated ISP... cable modem with no other problems... anyone else getting this issue?

Stuck at 0% could be that it thinks the download is corrupted, try removing the download cache found from the instructions in the thread: http://social.biowar.../58/index/81613 .

Thanks, but I've already cleared the cache several times... the EADM tells me: Game Content Available Downloading 1 of 7.... and doesn't download. its really frustrating because I preordered the CE from EA to get all the bonus stuff I could and none of it is working....

I had to do this manually as well, and aside from the content still showing up in the download tab as 100%, it's installed and enabled. Thanks for the help!

I've seen it reported on another thread that changing your windows region setting to english (US) has unblocked a number of people.  Might be worth trying if your windows region is set to something else.

if you downloaded the DLC then run the DA Updater as an adminstor. then selecth the dazip files in that invisible program data\\bioware\\... folder. select all of them then click install. if your regional settings are configured to English (US) the installition will be successful. If not configure all of them to English as well as your admnistor location. Then the installition will be successfull. You can find the dlcs in your game. But i advice you not to use them until a hotfix comes. There are a lot of bugs.
