I completed the loyalty missions for about 4 of my squad and everything went fine but then I completed Grunts and Samaras missions and gained their loyalty but there bonus skill is still locked and said they arent loyal. This really pisses me off and isnt the only glitch that has happened to me. During Samars fight with her daughter there was no sound at all and Ive had enemies get stuck in the wall and I cant kill them and proceed to the next part of the level. Anyone else have these problems?

one time when trying to recruit jack an enemy has stuck in the middle of a wall. i could not hurt him by shooting but my shockwave power worked. also that same level an enemy was shooting at me through some boxes, but nothing that serious. I got jacks loyalty then lost it when she and miranda argue but still had her powers. so. that is bad luck.

Yes I also just made a thread about having Grunts loyalty but not his power. Weird.

lol.. i just made one 30secs ago also, Grunt is the only one with the problem to me

Grunt messed up first, then I did the Salarian Doctors fine, then Thane fine, then Samaras messed up. So its kinda random.

Can we get some Dev help on this problem? It doesn't make any sense to be loyal but not have the power.

Does that have to do with the outcome of the mission? Like if you let morin get away Samara won't be happy with you.

Yea i had a person stuck in a box that the only way i could kill him was with warp. it was jacks recruting mission

I don't think the outcome matters as long as they become loyal. The power description says not loyal but Grunt's character says loyal.

Yep, after I got loyal with Grunt i even put a few points in the move, then the very next misson the points where refunded and the move grayed out.  Funny thing is...  i can still swap Grunts outfits

I have a similar problem.



My Paragon points are maxed out but I can't convince Miranda to stop pouting like a child.

If you havent paragoned every shop and every conversation that you had the opportunity to have then you probably arent full Paragon.

I don't think so man...that bar is maxed out.

I don't even see a crack of empty space.

Do you have the achievements for getting the squadmate in question loyal? Are you Live enabled?

I have Live and and all the achievements for the loyalty but its still messed up.

So it appears in the medal of honour case but you dont have the power unlocked? This sounds like a really strange bug.

Grunt was messed up for me in my first play through too... crossing fingers it doesn't happen in play through 2.

Hey guys, I'd love to help. Please tell me exactly what levels you completed after getting the loyalty but before you lost the loyalty. I'll do my best to figure out what the problem is and how we can fix it, if we can fix it. If you can remember what it said in the level completion screen(the one with the illusive man) in regards to the characters loyalty that would help me as well.

The same thing happened to me as well with grunt. When the mission was complete I was told I had his new power and suit change and all. I can change his appearance but I can't access his power. On the screen where you pick you team it even says loyal for the status. But when I try to add points to the power it tells me he is not loyal.

It happened instantly for me. Their Loyalty was always there, it was their Bonus Skill that never unlocked.

same issues a s the original post Grunt is has all loyalty indicators except ability (second outfit, red ring on squad screen, mission went like gang busters etc. it only says he is not loyal when i try to add points to fortification) and the sound issue during the mother daughter cat fight. haven't noticed enemies in walls yet but...

i gained everyone's loyalty right but when i was on my final suicide run my tech specialist kept dying even though they were loyal i tried it with tali and with legion but still bullet to the head...they souldn't die! wat's going on BW?

Ya me too. plus I have this wierd glitch were I dont earn any points for grunt. its wierd
