So I completed several loyalty quests for my squadmates and everything went fine. When it was Grunt's time I ending up killing the other krogan. Everything went seamlessly, it said I had gained his loyalty, said he had a new power and new armor. However, despite gaining his loyalty, his special power failed to unlock. When I go to his information it says loyal and displays the red circle under his character.

Is this just glitch, has this happened to others? Can I somehow fix it?
