Do you think we would have been nickle and dimed for all the patches.. would we have gotten as many patches at all?

Would they have allowed Bioware to inovate by supplying a toolset, or maybe only if they'd sold it to us?

What other evolutionary developments during Biowares rise would have been stunted by the lame big business practices that it's forced to follow now?
