So there's no way to get out of that situation without Garrus getting scarred up? 

You can't do that to my man. There should have been some way to circumnavigate the conflict and get him out in one piece.

He was my favorite supporting character in Mass Effect one and you took off half his face.

Part of the story sadly. I was hoping they'd at least give us the option to fix up his armor, but not even that.

There should be an interrupt that consists of Shepard putting a helmet on him.

Aw man... his armor stays all busted up too? He doesn't have an alternate armor or anything?

lol This is stupid. Shepard falls into a planets atmosphere and gets burned up, rebuilt and barely has any scars, which all heal I might add, but Garrus takes a hit and half his face is gone... forever.

He does have alternate armor. It's all busted up too, for some reason.

I kind of hope they'll patch it so you can use the advanced Med Bay to fix him up, but leave the armor as is.

But it took 2 years for them to rebuild Shepard. Garrus got patched up in like two hours.

Garrus just had some comparitively minor burns(Don't think it can get any worse than falling from orbit ).

Yeah, Garrus didn't get a bad case of the dead like Shepard did.

Especially glowy ones!

On another note, you can heal Shep's evil scars if you get the Med Bay upgrade. Why can that tech not be used to heal Garrus?
