Well, mate, you have paid Gates retirement already.... (which is good since Ballmer is on the front now)
Yep, my other PC's run the same program as well, but I doubt you've seen Adobe suite performing in a Mac, but that's out of context anyway...

Oh this cracks me up...360 gets RTO..and PC gets the shaft..if I wasn't sick, I'd be on the phone with Bioware giving them a piece of my mind, I might even do it. This is bull****.

However, good luck getting XP; Microsoft doesn't really market it anymore, so you're probably going to see just 7 everywhere in stores; your best bet is at an online retailer.

computer retailers often have some leftover OEM copies.

On a completely unrelated but funny note. I'm playing the Assassin's Creed 2 DLC... I don't think i EVER heard a woman cuss so much in my life, real or gaming. Caterina Sforza sure is depicted as a fiery lady...

The voice actress sure must have had fun, given that she actually knew what she was saying, since they made her cuss in italian lol.

Not really given that I just pay for the operating systems. The parts for my computers aren't paid to Microsoft (thankfully).

As a matter of fact I have. I see it less lately, given that most professional environment are switching to PC, since it costs less for the same performance.

Clock is ticking for a massive windows XP crash... well, perhaps you mean the game performance win vs. apple, because I don't use the Apple for gaming, despite the fact I can run many ported games on that old powerbook with no problems... and yes you a gamer, that explain lots... :)

yeah yeah, too bad that the massive windows XP crash never came. And i mean every kind of performance.
Being a gamer doesn't mean not using one's PC for other things, you know?
My PC's run Photoshop CS4 Extended and Video/audio editing programs just as well as any Mac, or actually better, and cost half as much.

You may be eager to waste your money in Steve Jobs' retirement fund. I prefer to pay a fair price for what I get, instead of paying for an overhyped (but very niche) brand. The little apple on the lid is very cute, but not worth paying double for what is inside :D

"I'm a Mac, and I love to bash PCs because I know that my brand will never sell and never be supported as much as them.. oh damn..." :wizard:

well mate, you have already paid Gates retirement... and leave Ballmer in front... oh damn (sic), what a pity:innocent:

Yeah because Jobs is so much better. At least Gates money goes to Charity and he has given away millions of his own money and he actually runs a charity with his wife to help children. What do you have? Oh yeah...the Apple Tablet...ooooo...>.> :wizard:

Well in the uk you can get a cheap pc from pcworld, okay its 270 from the website it doesn't include a monitor so you'll need one of those it has a celeron processor egads and a geforce 7050 integrated graphics card which unfortunately takes from the systems memory itself thats gonna run like a bag of knackers

Now is we move on to what they class as their 'Gaming' pc's the cheapest one is 430 so that more than double the cost of an xbox elite.  but again an integrated graphics card and they fail to mention which chipset so it does not bode well for that machine, this one however does include a monitor joy is me.

And no ill pass on playing on your PC if it only cost a tad more than a console im sure the game looks better on my gaming rig

Typical response......you NEVER BUY a pc for gaming lmao...you build it....that way you get all the required parts at the best price....

And anyone who quotes pc world really has no idea what they are doing....

And trust me, there would be no contest.... Image IPB

You've obviously never played BioShock. Or met my twin. Some of the things the splicers say are just foul and make my ears red. And my better half.. Well, let's just say you don't want to be in earshot when she's mad

And I dunno about the professional realms, but our school division - the entire city and surrounding area - are dismantling their Windows servers and workstations and deploying Macs.

Oh believe me, I DID play bioshock. That's really nothing compared to the stream of absolute profanities I just heard :wizard:
And I mean a 4 minutes long stream

Caterina Sforza was known for a foul mouth but also bad language is not as horrible as people in America are led to believe. In Japan alone, 4th graders curse but never to their teacher or parents but they do curse.

So is Bono, and other people... but wait, giving 10 millions out of a revenue of 100,000 millions is nice... just when you give 10 pounds out of your 100,000 pounds revenue... charitable... it's a good thing Jobs can do after sucking all that money, perhaps he might be like Gates...

Ah then it leans more towards my sister, bless her. lol Yea I can imagine, I didn't like Assassin's Creed really, and I'm not overly hyped about AC2 so I haven't seen.. But I have a good idea of what it might sound like. Caterina Sforza sounds Russian or Czech/Slavik. And we're Russian so yea I probably know exactly what you just heard :P

I've heard Gates just gave away millions this past week for a charity...and Jobs just makes more money, the crappy iPhone, the Apple Tablet(or whatever it is called)...and still no gaming company really wants to touch the Mac...look at the Dragon Age port

You know how chat is, you get talking about one thing then enter another which leads to another and eventually after all the hate and platform eliting and stuffins, we all make friends and have coffee. I wish you could be more specific on regards the "most professional environment" giving names.... because if the "professional environment" is "Duck designers" based in "anytown" Idaho compared with "Financial Times" (which haven't change the macs),  "professional" has a very broad meaning

The release is for the xbox today, and we will have it for the PC early next week.  The PS3 is shafted until sometime later.
When they first released this game, it was released for everyone on the same date.  Not pieced out to one type of engine over the other.

Most design studios, most sound recording studios I know. I'm sure hearing names of italian studios won't hold much meaning to you. But even if they did, we all know that Steve Jobs fans live in their own little world where apple is the most used brand on the planet :D

The ones that aren't moving to windows are moving to Linux, like Pixar.

Yeah because PC got the shaft again...PC was finished first but had to wait 6 months for 360 and PS3...and PS3 gets the massive shaft because of Sony. I guess there is no point in waiting for much of anything from Bioware, wait another 5 days, they'll answer again with another update.

After Gates sucks all your money for 20 years, it's a good thing to do.... I heard the same comments about Gates ages ago when he was still on MS... now, he's a saint... perhaps in 10 years time, Jobs can do the same and be a saint, too...

I think you missed the fact that any recent Mac can run windows making useless to have a Mac version ported... so far the only professional one is Blizzard.
