Problems registering mass effect 2 on this website

Basically, it says my code is "Code is not valid for game" even when it is printed on the back of my manual. It also doesn't let me register my terminus armour code, can anyone help me? Thanks.

EDIT: This is what it says when I try to register my gamestop code: "No response received from remote server... please check your Registered Game Promotions page to confirm if your promotion has been registered. "

I'm having this problem right now as well. The promo key says "no response from remote server" so maybe they're just overwhelmed?

Yeah, I guess a bunch of us are having this problem =)



I'm gonna try again in a little while, see if maybe it's just server bog or something.

Okay, you can register the Cerberus key soon as you log into the game which at least lets you download most of the DLC. However the Deluxe promo key and game keys still can't be registered on this site.

add me to this list, I got my game from Direct to Drive. and I get the same error, code is not valid for game, though it did let me input and activate my cerberus network codes. but as is I can not post in the gameplay forums because I cant get the site to register my game code.

as a side note, DA:O has this same issue, maybe looking over there can help us out, let me see what I can dig up.

I guess it's a matter of bringing it to Bioware's attention and then hopefully they can fix it.

Yyyyeah... same here... also I can't find:

- Inferno armour

- Collectors armour

- Incisor rifle



I got pre-ordered DDE steam version. Blood Dragon Armour and Zaeed working fine though, just as everyone here must have done... registered code via in-game Cerberus Network, went off-game, downloaded, installed content, suddenly noticed you actually have to restart the game, so went back in-game, saved progress, closed game, opened it up again.



Yeah...

I posted a question to steam support. They'll probably give me a superficial "the problem's not with us, it's with BioWare" answer, as they usually do, so I'll try and contact BioWare support which is probably going to say the problem is with steam.

STEAM Pre-Order, same problems.



If I start a game now, could I get the items duribg the game? or would I have to start over?
