I'm having the same problem with the Terminus gear.

I'm guessing it's a server thing. We'll just have to wait...

Edit: It's working for me, too.

Count me in with both of these problems as well.

Same problem here. I get access to the collector's armor but can't register the game or the gamestop armor..

i have the digital delux edition and i'v registeded my mass effect 2 game on this site and when i try tp play the game it says "WE could not activate mass effect 2 on this computer using the account you provided. Please take a moment to locate your game key and activate your game on the computer using your ea account" this in asks for my product key which the game will not accept saying the key is invalid can someone help me with this.

I was able to register Mass Effect 2 game code from Steam by adding dashes after each 4 symbols. Code from Steam has 20 symbols with no dashes.

info says that the key should be xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx but mine is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

Have tried registering the key normal and putting the - in there also with no luck.

Anyone have a fix for that?

Purchased the DDE from Steam last night. Tried to register the game, but getting the same issue Code is not valid for game. The Cerberus key worked when I started the game, but I can not register the game.

Same problem with retail version. I'm writing the code found in the printed handbook (the one I used to install the game), and it doesn't work.

I also can't redeem my promo codes, like the Inferno armor - website says it didn't get any response for the server and tells me to go check my registered promos. Only the Cerberus promos show there, but no Inferno armor.

Relax, try again later, the servers are probably quite busy. Just play the game in the meantime, you can install the DLC later on.
