I try to redeem my code, and I get this error message:

"No response recieved from remote server...  Please check your Registered Game Promotions page to see if your promotion has been registered."

I've done that, and it hasn't been registered. I've been around on the EA support site, and followed the link given here.  All they do is say HOW to redeem the code. 

What I want to know, is if this is an issue on Bioware's end, "No response recieved", or if it's an issue on my end.

I'm getting the same error, accounts linked properly, have other downloads fine. All of these hoops for content is very very frustrating, get your #%# together.

im getting the same problem, i think you have to link your gamertag/psn account to ea. but i cant find that option anywhere. does anybody know how?

just have to  have same e-mail account linked to your gamer profile thats linked to your account on here Iamjohn, nothing special beyond that

I've downloaded all other DLC no problem, including Inferno... this one giving me trouble though

Yeah.  Make sure you're logged in to EA, then go here.  Once you're there, scroll down to Default Persona.  Check the one that says Xbox Live Gamertag underneath it.

My promotions are registered.

Where is my Terminus armor and weapon??

Make sure the email here matches the one here(Make sure you're already logged into Xbox.com).  It should do it automatically, if not, I'm out of ideas.

About your other post, my friend had the same problem.  He redeemed his codes successfully, but couldn't link them to his gamertag.  He ended up having to call EA and get it sorted out the hard way.  That looks like what you're gonna have to do too.

I think I heard somewhere you will be able to download the armors if you have the cerberous access. I lost my Terminous armor, I really just wanted the weapon because if I dont all I use is the Cain( only good for boss fights) or the rocket launcher(its not bad, I use it). I tried to download it but I couldnt upload this name Randarserous Rex with my Gamertag which is the same but toyed with the website for half an hour then tried putting in the code and didn't download it. I just needed something to help but I lost my code. Im getting Bioshock 2 wensday and ask about it a gamestop while im there. Might be giving out new codes.....Hopefully.
